Granite Bay Wealth Management Announces New Team Member

Portsmouth, NH (February 2024) — Granite Bay Wealth Management is thrilled to announce the newest addition to its team, Peter Waitkun. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the financial markets, Waitkun joins the firm as a key asset to further strengthen their commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.


Waitkun brings years of expertise in trading and investment management. His proficiency in analyzing market trends, implementing strategic trades, and managing risk aligns seamlessly with Granite Bay’s mission to provide personalized, results-driven financial planning and wealth management services.


Peter graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 2005 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Finance.  He obtained his Chartered Market Technician (CMT®) designation through the CMT Association in January of 2024. The Chartered Market Technician® credential is the preeminent, global designation for practitioners of technical analysis.

Prior to working with Granite Bay, Peter worked as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise and then in various roles at Prime Buchholz & Associates and John Hancock Investments.  Most recently, he was a Director of Investor Success with All Star Charts, an award-winning Technical Analysis Research Firm.


Originally from North Conway, Peter now resides on the Seacoast of New Hampshire with his wife Brie, daughter Lyla and their Australian Shepherd, Doug.
